Why can't I log in or create an account?
With the launch of our new bookstore, we are taking a more unified approach to account management. If you are enrolled with Mother of Divine Grace, your basic account data - name, email, and password - is synced between the Family Center and bookstore. This means that you will use the same email address and password that you use to log in to your account on both sites. It also means that if you want to change your account email address or password, you must do so via the "Update Contact Info" page on the Family Center.
As an added bonus, this allows us to apply your enrolled-family discounts automatically, so you never have to worry about whether you are receiving the discounted price.
If you are not enrolled, but are receiving the "An account with this email address already exists" message, we suggest that you try resetting your password via the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact us at email@example.com.
