Shipping and Returns
If there are any problems with your order, please email us at email@example.com. If we've made a mistake with your order or your order was damaged in shipment we will happily replace or refund the purchase price and arrange to have the incorrect/damaged items returned to us.
If you've made a mistake, or changed your mind about a purchase, any item can be returned for full credit or exchange, less shipping and handling fees, within 15 days of receipt. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
Please contact our offices within 15 days of receipt. All sales are final after 15 days.
Must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or chat online with one of our representatives. Please include this with your return. You will normally receive a pre-paid shipping label with which to return your items, the cost of which will then be deducted from your refund (if applicable.) If you do not wish to receive a pre-paid shipping label, please let us know when you request your return.
All Merchandise must be in original resalable condition. Because we can only give refunds for items returned in good condition it may be advisable to insure the return shipment for damages, if you are handling the postage yourself.
Any items returned to us without an Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be eligible for a refund. Any merchandise that is not returnable because of the condition of the material will only be returned at the customer's request. The customer is responsible for the shipping to return the items and must request the return within 5 business days of notification of a return that cannot be credited or replaced.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders are generally shipped by the next business day, although during our busiest months (generally July and August) shipping may be delayed slightly as we deal with the extra volume.
US Media Mail is available as an option for domestic orders containing books, CDs, and other media items. If your order contains a non-media item, such as a craft kit or a math manipulative, Media Mail will not appear among the shipping options. If you have a large order in which most items qualify for Media Mail, but a few do not, you may wish to place a separate order for the non-media items to save on shipping costs.
