The text endeavors to give the student models of written expression that will make him/her sensitive to the beauty of word and phrases. The student is taught to use certain methods and to observe certain grammar rules. The first half of the text is dedicated to compositional activities and creative writing, while the latter emphasizes the study of grammar.
